Photography is my passion.

It is about the capture of emotion and/or the emotions the image conjures. While the technical correctness of a photo is important, the most impact of a photo is emotion.

Most people cannot explain why they like a photo or art piece, they just like it and sometimes love it. Is it the artistic pose, is it the right dimensions, is it the subject. All these can add to the reason but by far it is the emotion we feel as we look at the photo. We are emotional beings; since birth we attach emotions with comfortable, exciting and distasteful experiences. Emotions are so powerful they change the course of your life, no matter how educated your become.

My photos attempt to capture this powerful force, or take you to an emotional experience. This is my art. I don't take you to scary places, life itself presents too many of those emotions. Rather I try to take you to places of serenity, love, peace and just plain good time feelings. It is how I want to see the world, a positive place to be; no negativity; no exclusion; no prejudice; no conflict; no controlling; no...... It goes on and on, there are by far more negative words in the dictionary than positive.

My eyes, my camera, my photos, my view - if you like one of my images, if you feel a positive emotion - I am satisfied.
